The purpose of the Information Security Policy is to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, to identify the risks threatening information assets, to take measures against those risks and to ensure business continuity. Information Technologies Service Management Policy

The Management of MEPSAN PETROL CİHAZLARI SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş., together with all employees and units of the Information Technologies Department, in order to ensure the effective management of the services provided to information technology users within MEPSAN PETROL CİHAZLARI SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. and of the related IT resources through a continuous improvement approach, commits to:
  • Establishing an Information Technology Service Management System that meets the requirements of the ISO/IEC 20000-1 Information Technology Service Management Standard, supporting it with the related policies and procedures, reviewing it and continuously improving it,
  • Ensuring compliance with the Information Security Policy, applicable laws and legal regulations in IT service management, and fulfilling their requirements,
  • Providing the infrastructure and support required to deliver the IT services that operate corporate processes in an uninterrupted and secure manner,
  • Accurately analyzing customer needs and offering high value-added, innovative and feasible solutions, and ensuring that the necessary resource investments are made,
  • Foreseeing potential risks, managing them correctly and steering them in the right direction,

Business Continuity Management System Policy

  • Protect personnel and prioritize life safety above all else
  • Conduct risk assessments of threats and vulnerabilities affecting critical processes, components and assets
  • Identify the processes, components and assets impacted under each risk scenario
  • Increase response speed and apply an effective decision-making process
  • Activate processes and operations as quickly as possible
  • Manage internal and external communication, including communication with the media
  • Continuously improve our business continuity capacity in line with international standards
  • Prepare our business continuity plans taking into account customer expectations, corporate policies and legal obligations
  • Conduct regular drills to guarantee that our plans work in emergency situations
  • Restore the services provided to operational status within defined timeframes in the event of any disruption.
