The MepPipe series provides safe transportation of fuel, alcohol, alcohol-gasoline mixtures and biofuels with single wall and double wall pipe options. Single-wall pipes offer a fuel-tight barrier, providing excellent wear resistance and long-term durability. In double-wall pipes, the primary pipe is surrounded by secondary HDPE pipe, offering both sealing and automatic pressure monitoring. It exhibits superior chemical resistance to alcohols, solvents, acids, and alkaline solutions.
Safe Installation in the Field
With the MepPipe Tracking System (MPTS), installation operations on site are secured. Thanks to the integration of a mobile app and welding machine, only authorized individuals can perform welding, saving operations and preventing potential errors. The entire assembly history is tracked with GPS and database integration. Manufactured with high-quality materials and strict quality control processes, MEPPIP offers a world-class, long-lasting, and environmentally friendly infrastructure solution. It is certified in accordance with TS EN 14125 standard.

- MepPipe double-welded pipes are designed for the transportation of fuel, alcohol, alcohol-gasoline mixtures and biofuels.
- Double wall pipe is created by surrounding the primary pipe with a secondary pipe.
- In MepPipe double-wall pipes, the secondary pipe is not only a sealing barrier, but also a real protection pipe with a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) structure, which can sustain the pressure or pressure drop of the automatic monitoring system.

- MepPipe has developed a system called MPTS (MEPPIPE Tracking System) to ensure that on-site assembly operations are carried out by authorized persons at the right point and with the right parameters.
- The MPTS mobile app serves as an interface between the MEPPIPE EF welder and the MEPPIPE database.
- It audits all operations in the field, reports historical data and prevents possible misapplications by assembly teams.
- MPTS It is a mobile device-based application. It collects and reports information about each station within the scope of the project. It communicates with the welding machine via Bluetooth. Only authorized individuals can be granted access with a passcode and facial recognition (Face ID).
- It ensures that the welding parameters of the fittings are taken from the online database and the current parameters are used.
- It guarantees that the fastener is welded only once with the MEPPIPE EF welder.
- It records the location information of the welding area via GPS.
