Requst Record Process

Every customer complaint recorded by customer representatives and evaluated. Complaint tracking number is sent to our customers regarding complaint is recorded. Every personal information that you’ve shared with us protected according to privacy policy.

In-depth Research and Briefing

Complaints are evaluated by customer representatives who is expert in that subject. Ensuring customer satisfaction at first contact is our main goal. Other complaints that couldn’t be solved at the first contact and needs in-depth research and field survey, gets dealt by higher level experts. After analysy of acquired data, complaint is solved by making determinations based on the information at the hand. While this investigation is ongoing, every related department gets informed regarding the situations.
Info about the solution will be sent to your contact information that can be found at your feedback record. If any determination or solution can’t be found in timely manner, you’ll be informed about the details about internal process that we’re running for reaching the best solution.

Our product and service quality reviewed and improved constantly in Customer Complaint Management System. When there is a repeated complaint or problem, main reason gets searched by root cause analysis and needed improvements made to be sure that the problem won’t repeate again.
